Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Global Infrastructure Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a global team to deliver high-quality IT services
• Define and execute a global infrastructure roadmap aligned with business strategy
• Oversee 24x7 global helpdesk operations to ensure strong service levels and user satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, including 5+ years in leadership roles
• Proven experience managing global infrastructure in a 24x7 environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365, Azure, and endpoint management
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP
