Job Summary
A company is looking for a User Access Management (UAM) Process and Operational Support professional for a remote, temporary position.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and categorize requests in the UAM shared mailbox by priority and content
- Maintain and update request statuses using SharePoint and Excel
- Coordinate between requestors, SPOCs, and internal support teams
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience in administrative support or project coordination, preferably in IT environments
- Familiarity with UAM lifecycle, SharePoint, Workday, and VDI onboarding processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Teams; knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus
- Ability to identify common submission errors and act accordingly
- Candidates must declare a clear criminal record issued no earlier than 3 months prior to the start date
