Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing enterprise-scale IT operations and production support
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure
• Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics and KPIs to measure IT performance
