A company is looking for a BSS Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front line support to users creating BSS tickets
- Resolve tier one BSS application cases and coordinate with management on higher-level case resolutions
- Support end user training and develop training materials for BSS applications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Two or more years of business application support experience, including Box, Workday, or Salesforce
- US Citizenship is required due to federal customer contracts
