Key Responsibilities
- Perform system administration tasks for enterprise and departmental applications
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support for applications and services
- Support system upgrades and maintain technical documentation
Required Qualifications
- A secondary school certification with 6 years of relevant experience, or
- A first-level university degree in a related field with 2 years of relevant experience, or
- A professional or technical diploma with 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience in configuration and support of Linux/Windows server platforms
- Fluency in English (read, write, speak) is required
