Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage B2B VPN tunnels for client connections
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal connectivity

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in managing and troubleshooting B2B IPsec VPN connections
• Strong knowledge of layer 2, 3, and 4 protocols, particularly IPsec
• Proficiency with Linux command line and networking software such as iptables or tcpdump
• Experience in creating and maintaining network documentation
• Ability to assist external customers with network connectivity issues
