Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Analyst, IT Service Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the SDLC process for new systems and enhancements to existing information systems
- Manage IT change requests and participate in the Change Authorization Board (CAB)
- Prepare documentation to support audit and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with 2 years of experience, or 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience with IT regulatory compliance and information security
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices for Change and SDLC Management
- Knowledge of service request tracking systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Workday)
- Experience leading projects with project management tools
