Business System Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business System Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor system health & resolve issues quickly
• Support users with training & troubleshooting
• Implement software updates with minimal downtime

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years in financial or healthcare services
• Hands-on with core systems (e.g., Fiserv-Datasafe/Nautilus)
• Skilled in business analysis, product development & process improvement
• Agile/DevOps experience (Azure a plus!)
• Experience in Mortgage / Banking domain is a plus
