Senior IT Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Admin to join their team as the first full-time IT hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR, Engineering, Operations, and Security teams to deliver high-quality IT solutions
• Maintain compliance with various cybersecurity frameworks and manage system hardening techniques
• Oversee endpoint management, patch management, and configuration management processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or IT Administrator
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory)
• Strong understanding of system hardening techniques and compliance frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2 Type II
• Proficiency with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
• Experience with endpoint management tools and patch management
