Key Responsibilities

• Support, manage, maintain, and monitor cloud infrastructure for performance, availability, and security
• Troubleshoot storage and virtualization technologies and perform maintenance tasks
• Create and maintain technical documentation while collaborating with peer teams to resolve complex issues

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in an IT infrastructure administration role
• Intermediate knowledge of storage technology and virtualization platforms
• Familiarity with PowerShell or other automation tools
• Basic understanding of security and compliance best practices
• Strong documentation skills for creating knowledge bases and infrastructure topology
