Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with senior leadership and business stakeholders on change management initiatives
- Focus on risk management and change impact analysis rather than formal project management tasks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
- Five years of experience in roles such as Information Systems analyst, project manager, or change manager
- ITIL Foundations Certification and Product Owner certification required within one year of hire
- Preferred experience in a healthcare environment and in an IT team lead or supervisory role
- Experience in driving end-to-end project execution from planning to successful implementation
