Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff NOC Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and guide the global NOC Team to deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Take ownership of improving system and service availability through alerting strategies and response mechanisms
- Conduct regular reviews of NOC processes and propose Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced operational environment
- 3-5 years of experience in a NOC, Command Center, or similar critical response environment
- Strong understanding of IT principles and current practices
- Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment, including on-call responsibilities
- Desirable: Hands-on experience with on-premises distributed systems or public cloud installations
