Systems Analyst III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Analyst III - Member Rewards and Incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define system specifications for Member Rewards and Incentives programs
• Create and manage features, user stories, and bugs using Azure DevOps to support data engineering efforts
• Analyze existing systems to identify areas for improvement and manage incidents related to Member Rewards and Incentives systems

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Five (5) years of experience in requirements management
• Familiarity with the healthcare environment (Medicaid/Medicare) is required
• Experience with ServiceNow and Microsoft Office products is required
• Certifications around Agile or Business or System Analyst role are preferred
