Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacist Informatics Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverages clinical and informatics skills to support medication electronic health records and serves as a liaison for clinical informatics
• Develops informatics plans and systems to improve medication safety and optimize workflows
• Consults with various stakeholders to evaluate information systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Licensed in the state(s) of practice or eligible for reciprocity
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• 3 years of experience as a pharmacist or completion of PGY1 and PGY2 residencies in pharmacy informatics
• EPIC certification(s) required within 6 months of hire
• Doctor of Pharmacy and board certification preferred
