A company is looking for a Voice Engineer- SME.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance for system implementations, troubleshooting, and operational support
- Mentor team members and support the development of new contact center capabilities
- Perform daily system monitoring and support new project development including analysis and implementation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Proven experience with contact center platforms such as Genesys and NICE
- Intermediate skills in Cisco routing, switching, and data networking
- Strong understanding of network and voice infrastructures, including LAN and WAN
- ITIL v3 Foundations certification required
