Senior Voice Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Unified Communications / Voice Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, administration, troubleshooting, and consultation for Enterprise Collaboration tools and technology
• Engage with business customers to address communications-related issues and support a global Cisco UC environment
• Participate in large-scale projects, manage call recording and reporting systems, and perform maintenance activities

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• 5+ years of experience in Cisco UC/WxC/WxCC environments
• Experience with call recording and analytics platforms, preferably Calabrio
• Working knowledge of M365 and D365 integration with Cisco Systems
• Strong understanding of voice and network protocols; Cisco CCNA voice certification is a plus
