Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Apple Infrastructure and macOS Support professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and macOS system administration, managing configurations, security protocols, and software updates
• Utilize MDM tools, specifically Jamf, to manage macOS devices and oversee hardware lifecycle management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop scripts for automation, and maintain documentation of configurations and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Experience with MDM tools and macOS device management strategies, including Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and Python
• Knowledge of hardware procurement and lifecycle management
• Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards for macOS systems
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities
