Job Summary

A company is looking for an MSS Analyst to provide professional cybersecurity services and defend against cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze log data and alerts in real-time, escalating validated security incidents
• Investigate alerts, handle incidents per established procedures, and prepare incident reports for customers
• Maintain knowledge of current cyber threats, identify process improvement opportunities, and collaborate with technical teams

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of related work experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
• Solid knowledge of Windows, MacOS, Linux environments, and IP networking fundamentals
• Understanding of computer security principles and the cyber security threat landscape
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally
