Salesforce Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to manage and enhance their Salesforce platform in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute all Salesforce deployments, managing the release lifecycle independently
• Provide strategic guidance on system architecture, data modeling, and feature implementation
• Ensure platform security by designing and maintaining security models and data access policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• Salesforce Certified Administrator required; additional certifications preferred
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Expertise in deployment processes and tools, including Change Sets and Salesforce DX
• Proficiency with Salesforce Flow for complex process automation
