Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior PSG Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and review complex cybersecurity professional services documents, including SOWs and Change Orders
- Coordinate communications among internal stakeholders and manage document lifecycle from creation to delivery
- Mentor team members and assist in quality assurance and maintenance of team process documentation
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in an enterprise-level writing and decision-making role
- Bachelor's degree in Professional/Technical Writing or English preferred, or equivalent related work experience
- Experience in the Cybersecurity or Technology industry is a plus
- Internal operational experience is strongly preferred
- Advanced MS Word skills; familiarity with Google enterprise applications, RFPIO, Salesforce, and DocuSign is a plus
