A company is looking for a Director of Incident Response to lead and scale their client-facing incident response function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the global incident response practice, delivering expert-driven response and readiness services
- Develop high-performing teams and foster a strong, resilient culture within the incident response function
- Drive revenue growth by managing service delivery and collaborating with Sales to qualify and close opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in cybersecurity, with 5+ years in incident response leadership roles
- Deep understanding of the incident response lifecycle and ability to translate technical efforts into business value
- Experience in managing partnerships to scale service delivery while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated experience owning P&L or revenue targets and delivery planning for cybersecurity services
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience collaborating with various teams to drive growth
