Senior IT Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, IT (EUP - Solution Architecture).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of solution architects in creating and maintaining architecture frameworks
• Design and develop high-quality, scalable custom applications using modern technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of IT experience in solution architecture and software development
• 5 years of hands-on experience in developing cloud-native applications using Angular and Spring
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred
• Expertise in software architecture and contemporary design patterns
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with experience managing high-performing teams
