Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize their Salesforce platform while serving as a liaison between business teams and external support.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and external Salesforce support teams to define, document, and prioritize requirements
- Manage and prioritize the Salesforce product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and initiatives
- Design and implement Salesforce configuration changes and lead user training and adoption efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience supporting or administering Salesforce CPQ is required
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; additional certifications are a plus
- Proven ability to serve as a business analyst, gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical specifications
