Security Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Architect to design and engineer a multi-petabyte Splunk platform for a federal government agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and optimization of a large-scale Splunk SIEM platform
• Design and implement Python-based automation scripts and security integrations
• Provide technical leadership on cybersecurity initiatives and mentor engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance
• Minimum of 12 years of IT experience with at least 8 years in cybersecurity engineering
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
• 5 years of Python scripting experience for security tool integrations
• Expertise in managing large-scale Splunk SIEM platforms and advanced security technologies
