Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT support roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
- Solid understanding of core IT infrastructure and SaaS applications
- Experience in vendor management and building positive relationships with internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement
