A company is looking for an Oracle IT Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist end users with production support and enhancements for Oracle Release 12 EBusiness Suite HRMS and Time Keeping Applications
- Develop and execute test cases and scripts, ensuring quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle
- Document user requirements and specifications for system enhancements and fixes, while providing analytical support for customers
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in computer science, a related field, or a clinical field with four years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree with six years of experience; or Associate's degree with seven years of experience; or eight years of relevant experience
- Experience as a quality assurance analyst working with the Oracle eBusiness suite
- Experience as an Oracle eBusiness suite analyst/developer with Oracle tools including ADI, OAF, Discoverer, Apex, SOA, JDeveloper, and PL/SQL
- Functional understanding of Oracle applications, including HR, Payroll, and Workflow
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes in a software development environment
