A company is looking for an IT Pharmacy Solutions Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee teams responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of Pharmacy solutions
- Develop staff through coaching, performance feedback, and conflict management while ensuring technical excellence
- Facilitate all aspects of software development and ensure adherence to IT best practices and the organization's SDLC
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of related professional experience
- 1 year of supervisory experience or demonstrated progressive leadership experience
- Must have Pharmacy Benefit Management implementation and/or operational experience
- Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) and delivery
