Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Network Specialist to provide second-level support and troubleshooting for unmanaged network services customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform initial incident troubleshooting, management, and triage for unmanaged network services
- Support a complex mix of technologies including Managed WAN, Managed LAN, and various network devices
- Coordinate with field techs and core support teams to troubleshoot circuit-related issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent, with active CCNA, CCNP R&S, or CCNP SP certification
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in supporting enterprise-class routers and switches
- Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, and SDWAN concepts, including wireless LAN
- Experience troubleshooting Palo Alto devices and Juniper WAN products
- Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts and flexible hours as needed
