A company is looking for a Manager of Data Center Operations - Mainframe Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Mainframe and Distributed Data Center Operations, ensuring service delivery excellence and adherence to SLAs
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, focusing on performance management and continuous improvement
• Oversee day-to-day operations, driving accountability and implementing processes for operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in mainframe operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven ability to lead teams in a 24/7, mission-critical environment
• Strong technical background in managing Mainframe Operations technologies
• Deep understanding of IT security, compliance, and audit requirements
