Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and administration for various operational applications, primarily focusing on SOLE
- Troubleshoot incidents reported by users and assist with course creation and access requests
- Gather and analyze data from customers and coordinate issue escalation as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of two years of experience in Information Technology, troubleshooting, customer service, and data analysis
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
