Cloud Computing Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 2 Cloud Computing Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance, IT operations, and storage utilization
• Identify, isolate, and resolve system issues while documenting the troubleshooting process
• Provide user and system administrator support, including knowledge transfer and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 5 years of experience
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a government agency clearance
• 1+ years of Linux system administration experience, preferably with Red Hat Enterprise Linux
• Experience in AWS Gov Cloud
• Working knowledge of AWS applications such as CloudWatch, CloudFormation, and Lambda
