A company is looking for a DLS TIP Auditor.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform auditing functions for false negative and false positive cases related to fraud and abuse
- Manage a scalable workload to compliantly handle TIP audits and produce measurable results
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive team goals and improve service quality and efficiencies
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in auditing, case management, or investigations
- Knowledge of investigations, including document review and inspection
- Familiarity with federal and state disability laws, including ADA/ADAAA and FMLA
- Understanding of ERISA, Fair Claims Practices, and privacy regulations
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
