Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automation Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify automation opportunities
• Participate in shadowing sessions to create detailed process maps and future state process maps
• Track progress, report risks and results to leadership, and facilitate daily stand-ups

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, including building interactive dashboards
• 4+ years of experience in workflow mapping and process automation with documented use cases
• 4+ years of experience creating and maintaining technical documentation for automation projects
• 4+ years of experience monitoring bot performance and tracking success metrics
• 4+ years of experience leading daily stand-ups and reporting to leadership across multiple projects
