Key Responsibilities

• Lead and improve daily technology operations, including deployment processes and incident response
• Design and implement operational workflows to align with business needs and regulatory requirements
• Oversee delivery tools and systems, ensuring effective configuration and maintenance for efficient operations

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in IT operations, DevOps, or infrastructure management, preferably in mortgage tech or fintech
• Experience in regulated environments with knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001
• Proficiency with operational tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or similar
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a focus on process improvement
