Automation Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automation Business Analyst to drive process improvement and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process discovery workshops and identify automation opportunities across various departments
• Create detailed Automation Blueprints for RPA and AI developers and build business cases quantifying ROI
• Manage the AI CoE's backlog and serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Process Consulting, with 3+ years focused on automation
• Proven track record of leading projects from discovery to measurable value realization
• Expert-level process mapping skills and ability to produce detailed Process Definition Documents
• Strong project management capabilities, ideally with Agile/Scrum experience
• Solid understanding of RPA principles with hands-on exposure to major platforms
