Job Summary
A company is looking for a UKG Pro Implementation Consultant - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a client-side resource for technical configurations, integrations, testing, and validation tasks during implementation projects
- Manage day-to-day project tasks to ensure successful payroll transitions and optimize system workflows
- Collaborate with clients and vendors to identify needs, provide solutions, and ensure accurate data requirements are met
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in a client-facing implementation role with a vendor or consulting organization
- Expert knowledge of multiple HRIS platforms, including UKG PRO and others such as ADP WFN and Paylocity
- Experience with integrations between third-party systems and familiarity with EDI, API, or batch processing
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in a computer-related field
- At least 3 years of experience leading projects and understanding Time & Attendance system configuration
