Senior Commercial Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to oversee commercial management for major expansion construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of third-party consultants and develop detailed RFPs
• Oversee budget preparation and monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle
• Lead commercial risk management efforts and ensure adherence to financial controls

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction, business, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in a senior-level Commercial Management role
• Demonstrated experience with mission critical facilities, preferably data centers
• Working knowledge of mission critical MEP expertise and campus project experience preferred
• RICS accreditation is a plus
