Job Summary

A company is looking for a Utilization Management: Program Design & Insights Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive innovative UM program design and strategy based on historical results and industry insights
• Set and monitor KPIs to measure UM program effectiveness
• Analyze results to inform program design decisions and identify opportunities for new or refined UM policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience influencing and driving change in a highly-matrixed organization
• Cross-functional project management and facilitation proficiency
• Analytic, problem-oriented mindset with comfort in dealing with ambiguity
• High degree of influence and exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
