Key Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a comprehensive customer relationship strategy in collaboration with various teams
• Manages and prioritizes the product roadmap for business systems focused on customer journey improvements
• Leads requirements development and change management for business system functionality and workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business system administration or equivalent experience required
• 5+ years of experience in technology administration or CRM-related roles required
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare and/or PBM industry preferred
• Participation in compliance program objectives is expected
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
