A company is looking for a Training and Organizational Change Management Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing thought leadership and actions related to organizational change for complex business processes
- Guiding governance structures, communication strategies, stakeholder outreach, and training execution
- Directing communications strategy and developing training and instructional materials
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in change management and business process reengineering strategies
- Experience in producing communications materials for IT systems
- Experience in developing communications plans and delivering training documentation
- BA or BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Business experience in government contractor functions is preferable
