Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll module solution
• Conduct process familiarization workshops to demonstrate the configuration of the cloud solution
• Support the client during all phases of testing, production cutover, and user adoption

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in HRIS or IT related field
• Oracle Cloud HCM functional configuration and implementation experience focused on Payroll
• Experience with Fast Formulas and SQL or advanced Excel
• Bachelor's degree required, or a High School Diploma/GED with 7 years relevant experience
• Experience working with HCM SaaS applications
