A company is looking for a Manager of Implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and coach Implementation Managers to ensure efficient customer service and assess employee performance
- Define objectives and evaluate trends to improve team performance and customer satisfaction
- Organize team training needs and troubleshoot issues in the implementation process
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading a team of 5 or more
- 2+ years of experience in customer implementations within an Edtech company or school/district
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university preferred
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Extensive experience in leveraging technology for implementation support
