Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Business Analyst - Research Administration Applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer needs and develop business requirements documents in collaboration with senior business analysts and stakeholders
- Provide support and maintenance for research administration software and manage knowledge base articles
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and provide documentation support for various analysis and testing activities
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience in a relevant field
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in implementing business practices and collaborating with business units
- Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered
- All qualifications must be met by the time of employment
