Associate Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Business Analyst - Research Administration Applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and develop business requirements documents in collaboration with senior business analysts and stakeholders
• Provide support and maintenance for research administration software and manage knowledge base articles
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and provide documentation support for various analysis and testing activities

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience in a relevant field
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in implementing business practices and collaborating with business units
• Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered
• All qualifications must be met by the time of employment
