Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior M&A Advisor to drive and support key operational aspects of the acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-lead target sourcing and market scanning to identify potential acquisition targets
• Facilitate discussions with potential targets and manage data room and NDA processes
• Support board-level recommendations and ensure a smooth integration handoff post-merger

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in corporate development, private equity, or strategy consulting, preferably in tech
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field
• Advanced financial modeling and strong analytical capabilities
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Demonstrated adaptability and learning agility in diverse team environments
