Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow ITOM/ITAM Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and optimize ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM modules
• Manage CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and Asset Lifecycle processes
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools for automated asset tracking and operational visibility

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM & ITAM modules
• Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, ITIL v4, or IAITAM
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes, cloud assets, and license management
• Scripting skills in JavaScript and integration experience with APIs
