Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst (Workday).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, maintenance, and long-term strategy of Workday Payroll and Time Tracking
• Provide production support by triaging, resolving, and preventing system issues
• Conduct training sessions on new system updates and changes while providing ongoing support to ensure user adoption

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting and configuring Workday, with deep knowledge of Payroll and Time Tracking
• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and change management processes related to SaaS tools
• Detailed knowledge of core business processes related to the employee lifecycle, payroll, and total rewards
• Hands-on experience creating and scaling Workday security, access management, and compliance
