Key Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage change champion networks
- Oversee communications strategies and refine communication materials
- Coordinate train-the-trainer sessions for end-user training preparation
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years implementing OCM for IT projects using the Prosci/ADKAR framework
- 3+ years developing system implementation communications strategies
- 3+ years experience with electronic media development tools
- Active Prosci certification or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification
- Experience as an OCM Lead for government or commercial sector projects of similar size and scope
