Automation Test Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Test Lead - Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the agile team in defining testable work to ensure customer experiences are achieved and technically robust
• Drive the automation strategy, including frameworks, script development standards, and automated execution
• Report risks, issues, and defects to the Scrum Master or Quality Manager and ensure prioritization with Product Owners

Required Qualifications

• Strong script writing experience in automation tools like Selenium
• Good knowledge of testing practices
• Experience in functional, exploratory, regression, and accessibility testing
• Ability to build effective working partnerships with diverse individuals
• Experience in promoting continuous improvement and identifying efficiencies
