Software Verification Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer II.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee software verification and testing of cloud software products using Agile methodology
• Execute test plans, document defects, and develop test plans for new capabilities
• Collaborate with developers and support engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues in production systems

Required Qualifications

• Technical background in VoIP solutions or UCaaS, with experience in Linux, virtualization, and networking
• Experience in software product verification or systems support, with knowledge of test methodologies
• Ability to construct and execute test plans and document defects
• Experience working independently and in cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with troubleshooting technical issues in production environments
