A company is looking for an Autonomous Vehicle Behavioral Regulations Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the regulatory strategy for the AV safety case and coordinate across various departments
• Engage with federal, state, and local regulators to ensure compliance and influence future regulations
• Track compliance with AV permitting, vehicle standards, and operator training while supporting incident response and regulatory inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, engineering, regulatory policy, or similar experience
• 8+ years in the industry with proven experience in program management and regulatory compliance
• Understanding of automotive regulatory bodies and the rulemaking process
• Experience leading complex programs with enterprise-level visibility across multiple teams
• Self-motivated with a passion for self-driving car technology
